Gently perched on the lower slope of Awbrey Butte, Las Casas is 2 modern stucco homes just 3-4 blocks from the Drake Park pedestrian bridge taking you to downtown Bend. All the shops of Newport Ave are a mere 5 blocks away as well. Grab any of the provided cruiser bikes and go explore (4 bikes per home). This is a great westside location!
Light and airy, Las Casas features creative details. Look for the living roofs, tall ceilings, exposed wooden beams, a gas fireplace and heated concrete floors throughout. Enjoy the outdoor patio with hot tubs in each home. There is also a 2nd floor deck for relaxing above it all! Snuggle in or base camp from here for all of your Bend adventures.
Las Casas features 4 bedrooms (all king beds) with sleeper sofa (1 full size sofa in each home) and 1.5 bathrooms in each home. These cool, urban homes are tucked away on a low traffic, rustic (kind of paved, kind of gravelly) street just off of Portland Avenue. Such easy access to everything Bend has to offer! Well behaved pets are welcome with a pet fee.
Off street parking for 4-5 vehicles is provided. Store your gear in the locked sheds. You will find 4 cruiser bikes and river floaties here for your use as well!
