Diana's place was so cozy, and truly pictures do not do it justice. There are several close by restaurants, as well as an easily walkable grocery store. Can't recommend it enough.

We loved our stay! The house was super cute and comfortable. The private yard space was great for our two dogs. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for local spots to eat and drink, as well as activities.

Great spot to stay at in bend. Very well stocked. Quieter than we thought it would be. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay for anyone who loves very old homes in a more urban area!

Pros:
- location! So close to many of Bends great spots
- in a community
- laundry in house
- sleeping space for 5
- incredible water pressure
- a/c and heat!
- historic 100 year old house

Cons:
- the only bathroom is crazy small
- every floor and door creaks super loudly
- the primary bed is very well worn
- the windows aren’t good at keeping sound or temperature out
- the central location also means a lot of road noise
- the kitchen had spices and oil, but was low/missing things like sugar and cling wrap
- seating was more meant for children

Diana’s place is clean and comfortable. Amazing location, walkable neighborhoods, close to restaurants.
Don’t miss all those restaurants recommended by Diana, they are truly great!

Had a really enjoyable time. Diana’s place was very well equipped with everything we need to prepare multiple meals. Despite being near a busier road the street noise was minimal. Nice smaller side yard with Adirondack chairs was perfect for enjoying IPAs. Drake Park is only a few blocks away. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in town. Very clean, stylish and comfortable bungalow. Diana has thought of everything - the bathroom is well stocked. Loved the quick walk to downtown Bend, much easier than hoping for parking!

We had a great stay, the home was exactly as pictured, and so comfortable and clean. The location is great too, walking distance to breweries, coffee, groceries etc.

Beautiful place, right at the heart of great coffee shops and food. Perfect layout inside for kids. Given the central location, there is some noticeable street noise, but worth the ability to walk to almost everything. Very close proximity to at least three playgrounds too.

Diana was awesome, great communicator and the place was perfect for staff needing a place to stay.. Outside of misunderstanding that there is no parking in a driveway, just street, the accommodations were just what we needed.

Diana takes extreme care and interest in her guests and we so appreciate the level of attention she gave us.

We had an amazing stay at Diana's place. Her home was located in a perfect spot, close to restaurants, stores and almost everything else you can think of was within waking distance. We felt right at home upon arrival and had everything we needed there. Diana's communication was on point and we didn't need for anything. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back to this beautiful cottage.

Diana's centrally-located, cozy bungalow was the perfect spot for our family trip. She was a great host, and we really appreciated all the kid-friendly gear.

The house was perfect for my husband, four year old and me. We could walk to tons of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved our stay!

Great place to stay and reasonably close to everything in town.

Cute little cottage - has everything you need and more! Diana did a great job decorating and leaving little signs and stocked bathroom that made you feel right at home. There is only 1 bathroom and it is small but 4 of us managed it. Could easily walk to grab coffee or dinner and was very close to downtown area too (less than a mile I think). I highly recommend this cottage. The parking is street parking only and we had a little tough time when we first arrived because the street was full but finally one person left who was parked in front of the house and we had this the rest of the days.

My husband and I enjoyed the house and the location was perfect for dog walks and enjoying a the community!

This place is great! Easily walkable to downtown Bend. A really beautiful walk through the park. Also a convenient store is right next door which is really nice. The place is very spacious and can easily fit a few couples. We did not have kids but it is extremely kid friendly with a lot of kid amenities. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone staying in downtown Bend and I would stay here again!

This stay may have been the best and most well coordinated of all Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The amenities included for children from toys, pack and play, sound machine, etc. made it extremely easy for ours children to be right at home. The suggestions of local options, best practices in Bend, and the overall experience with Diana’s well thought out and planned listing was second to none. I can’t recommend this listing enough for anyone looking to explore Bend from a central location!

This was a great location and great spot! We walked to 10 barrel, chow, and we felt like we were in the perfect location. Love the feel of this home, it was perfect for us and another couple. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Diana's place. The house has everything you need with lots of added extras. We went with our two kids and it was so helpful that there were so many kid things provided in the house such as a kids bath for the shower, a high chair and toys. The location also can't be beat, you can walk to everything from there - parks, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. We'd definitely go back!

We loved this cottage! It’s in a highly walkable neighborhood—markets, the river, parks, restaurants, you name it. The exterior space was perfect: a front porch for sitting and drinking morning coffee, and a fenced in backyard with a privacy fence. And the interior—wow! The cottage is small but so smartly laid out it felt cozy and comfortable. The hothouse of every possible amenity, and the decor was charming. I can’t rave enough about it!

This super cute bungalow is centrally located - walking distance to downtown Bend amenities - and absolutely adorable inside, loved the decor! I stayed with my dog and two girlfriends and we were truly impressed with this home... quiet neighborhood, pretty easy street parking, really comfy beds, dog friendly (pet sheets and waste bags provided), fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly want/need (toiletries, extra towels, pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc). The "welcome" binder even has a list of restaurants/activities to explore... the host was extremely responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. This cozy house felt like home, but had the amenities and service of a 5-star hotel. Definitely will recommend to friends visiting Bend in the future, and will likely stay again.

My partner and I had a great stay at Diana’s place! It’s in a very good location within a short walk of town as well as the river. I would highly recommend this home for those visiting Bend!

Central location in Bend off Newport. The house is a corner lot so you will get significant road noise and the house feels very dark with all the curtains to block the road and other houses close by. There is also ongoing construction to be aware of. The space fit our group well - two adults and a pup. It was nice to have the office space for working remotely. Check-in was easy and we appreciated the remote lock for easy entry.
