The space is as pictured. It is essentially utilitarian and a bit weathered, but has everything you should need for a pleasant and successful stay. Communication with the management team was excellent and helpful. The location is excellent for walkability and proximity to many great venues. What isn’t within a short walk we found a short drive away. Recommended.

We loved staying here over the weekend! It was a perfect place to relax, and very quiet. Everything is in walkable distance, and convenient to get around. Our host was great at communicating, and helped us get set up to bring our pets when we had a last second change of plans with a pet sitter. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future! This is a charming and adorable house, surprisingly spacious and perfectly designed. The kitchen was well appointed for family meals and each bedroom provides great privacy for early risers or late sleepers with very comfortable beds and bedding. The location is amazing - easy walking to adorable downtown Bend or to restaurants just around the corner minutes away. Daily trips to the delightful Nancy P’s bakery a minute away from the house was such fun. Easy access to skiing at Mt Bachelor made the stay effortless. We absolutely loved this house and location and couldn’t recommend it more highly. We have more than 30 Airbnb stays in our travels and this house is high on our list for favourite places. Thank you for hosting so well.

The bungalow was cute and homey. The instructions left were very thorough. The location was awesome with lots of walkability to the park, a few nearby restaurants, coffee shops and bakery. Downtown was an easy walk too. I would recommend staying here and will think about myself on my next visit to Bend.

Great location - easy to walk to restaurants and a cute neighborhood market. This house is perfect for two or three couples. It's spacious and the bedrooms feel private. We loved the fireplaces as they provided a cozy atmosphere in the snow! The yard is fully fenced for dogs but the fence is short in the front which would be an issue for a larger dog.

We had a perfect stay. The location was amazing, my kids loved being able to walk to parks as well as lots of options to eat and grocery shop right around the corner. The house was very clean and so cozy. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for the four of us.

I would definitely recommend staying here. Nice neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance. Was fun to see the deer sleeping in the grass at the school nearby.

Diana had a cute binder with local recommendations, left a growler for the Bend brewery scene and included an adorable Doggo welcome basket. Loved that they use eco friendly cleaning products. Lots of room to spread out. Bike available to use to get around town. Close enough to walk to cute coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants.

The hosts were very responsive and nice. The kitchen had all the basics, less a skillet. We were there during the heat and the smoke and the place was very hot- too hot to sleep in the bedroom that didn't have a window AC. The smoke permeated everything b/c the window ACs seemed to just push more smoke into the place. My husband struggled with the beds but the kids and I did alright. The location was great for walking downtown or to Drake park, and the bikes were a nice touch. We went to the little bike shop behind the house and they filled up the tires for free. We were able to walk to the grocery store up the road.

Diana's place was perfect for us! We took the bikes to the riverfront path, took advantage of cooking in the kitchen, walked to all our meals, and a bonus our pooch got to hang out in the backyard!

I was able to stay at 3 of Diana's houses for my Bend stay and each one had its own character & charm. Diana and her team were very responsive and helpful. Walking to town or the river were a breeze too.

We loved the house. Stayed there a week and it truly felt like home. Ran to and around the river a few times. Great dog park up the hill. Spork (one of my favorite restaurants in town) is across across the street, along with a wonderful sushi restaurant and Newport Market within walking distance for groceries.

I will definitely stay here again.

The perfect place to spend a weekend, or whole week, in Bend! The house was incredibly clean and spacious, with all the perks we needed to enjoy our stay with friends. The location was great for walking to breweries and restaurants at night. We even had a sunny winter day and we’re able to enjoy the back yard and porch. I highly recommend this house!

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! What a great place. Everything was thoughtful down to the pet linens and the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and very orderly. Beds extremely comfortable and warm. Loved the fireplaces.

Awesome location for my out of town family to relax during the holidays! Great space for elderly family members as it’s one level with only a few outside steps to get inside. Loved the property! Just be careful of the mirrors, they’re not anchored and one fell off but thankfully didn’t break. When family comes to visit over the summer we will definitely be booking again!

Home sits just off a great road of food n coffee spots a an easy stroll into downtown. Quiet and comfy.

Loved our stay in this cute, cozy and convenient cottage! We will definitely stay here again. The close proximity to shopping and dinning made this place a great choice. Plus the cupboards were well stocked with pots, pans and dishes—and even spices—for those times when we decided to stay in.

The Blue Bungalow is a great place to stay in Bend! You are walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and a huge dog park.

There’s bikes, a grill, and lots of fireplaces. What more could you want?! Make sure to check out the local grocery store if you visit so you can use the great kitchen!

House is super clean and has plenty of room for three adults. Location is perfect central location for exploring Bend and vicinity. Diana provides everything for a comfortable stay including beer growlers.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was so much better than a hotel. The location was great, I was able to walk to the market and cook great meals at the house. It was also close to town and parks. The house was perfectly laid out for us and our pup enjoyed the yard (the front fence is a little low though, so if your dog is a jumper I would stay close to them). Overall it was perfect for what we needed and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.

We loved staying for a little less than a week at this cute home! The place is very comfortable and the location is awesome. We had been traveling for a few weeks and were excited to finally cook/grill and have plenty of space to unpack, work, and relax. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and being close to parks. We can’t wait to return and would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location. This is a great house for a family that enjoys easy walking to a vibrant downtown. Great restaurants, gourmet grocery store, coffee shops - all within walking distance. The food across the street at Spork was amazing.

This was our first trip to Bend and we hit the jackpot with this house. The neighborhood is very charming and the location is perfect! We were able to walk downtown and enjoy the many restaurants, breweries, and shops plus easy access to the beautiful parks and walking trails. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and we greatly enjoyed the BBQ out on the deck. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for six adults to fit comfortably. "Beautiful little Bungalow"

We had a wonderful time in this home! The house is in a great location and we could walk to almost everything! We were able to walk to Munch N Music on Thursday and enjoyed all the food trucks and fun tunes! Walking downtown was so easy and we were able to take a tour on electric bikes with a company called pedego.

We had a wonderful stay in Bend during our road trip from southern CA through the PNW. Loved the little blue cottage and surrounding neighborhood . Such nice people and had a blast floating the river, trying out local breweries and basking in the summer sunshine.

Loved our stay here. What a location! Coffee at Backporch every morning and walks to Awbrey Butte dog park in the morning and walks to Union Street dog park at night. Loved going to mountains for Mountain Biking.

We had such a wonderful stay! Woke up and made breakfast and sat around the big table. We went on a walk to Crux and Bend brewing. YUM! We are so sad to be packing up and going home! This house was so great! Thank you for the fun stay and we will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family weekend in Bend. The house was clean and well equipped. The layout of the house suited our group of six people very well. The gated yard and pet friendly touches made our pups feel welcome. The location was convenient to downtown and within walking distance of a great local coffee shop. We came to Bend to House Hunt! This city is amazing and we've loved getting to know it this week. Newport is the coolest store! We got out to Mt.Bachelor and did lots of river walking. Pilot Butte trail was a great way to get perspective of the whole town. We had so much fun staying here and planning our future for our family! Thank you.

Wonderful home with a great layout for couples or small families. We appreciated having a bed & bath on each side of the home so it almost felt like 2 suites. Plus the half bath was so convenient. Can't beat the location! The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals and the yard space was awesome! Loved sitting on the porch and watch the world go by. We'll definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. We toured Central Oregon Community college and were impressed by the lovely campus.
We had a birthday dinner at Spork which was delicious and such a close walk. Only 2 blocks away.
Such a wonderful and cozy home to spend time watching the Winter Olympics in the evenings.

A wonderful stay in Bend! The house is very comfortable and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked and there is plenty of space. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the patio out back...we'll just have to return! Highly recommend.

This was such a perfect place for a weekend away with friends and pups. The beds were comfortable and it was a very spacious house. The location was perfect to walk downtown, to coffee in the morning, or to the off-leash area up the hill - location really couldn’t have been better!

These 3 bedroom / 2 1/2 bath property was perfect for our family. Walking distance to a lovely market just down the road and a charming restaurant and coffee shop in that same area. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed using the grill outside. Additional fans were available in addition to the air conditioning unit, so we were quite comfortable. Bungalow Blue was the perfect getaway location for our group reunion of "play group" moms from San Diego and Portland.
We recommend Spork, 10 Barrel brewery, Nancy P's cafe and Newport Market Place.
Hikes too numerous to name.
This house is awesome! We had many different places to play cards and games. Bikes were a plus!

"The whole package of our stay was great!"

This fabulously spacious house was a perfect spot for us after a campervan road trip. Here we had the chance to spread out, do laundry, have some privacy. Yet at the same time we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood (although there was construction a block away) with all the DeeeLish restaurants and coffee bars. I walked to coffee every morn: Backporch, Megaphone, Strictly Organic & Thump - all great coffee. We ate at Spork (because you have to!!!) and Kanpai plus had drinks & marshmallows at Velvet Lounge - so much fun! And Newport Avenue market was touted as a must-go store. It was fabulous!!! Unfortunately we didn't use the bikes because we got rained out one day and just preferred to walk, but next time I'd love to bike around to get to places quicker without any parking hunt downtown. However with that said all is accessible. Like driving to Mt.Bachelor for a hike! There's SO much to do around Bend it's crazy. We even visited the last Blockbuster on earth, LOL. The house had onsite parking for our camper van which is why I chose it however there was always open parking in front of the house. We LOVED the multi-bath situation since we had been in a van. We actually used all the bedrooms to have space and it was delightful. The water pressure & heat in the showers was great and my daughter appreciated the in-suite bathtub. Everything was ample in the house. I could definitely see this being shared with 3 couples. The laundry room was huge and a great place to station everything laundry and packing. The kitchen is stocked. Another factor - everybody was friendly. You can't put your finger on it, but that is what it is. The host management company checked in with us after we said we arrived with ease. Cashiers, baristas, bar-tenders, servers...everyone was super friendly. The whole package of our stay was great. This is absolutely a perfect place to stay whether it's just for yourself or for a family (or a small group of friends). I was traveling by myself and it was a perfect home to retreat in. The home is situated just behind BackPorch Coffee and near several amazing restaurants and Newport Market. You can easily walk everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the house is literally sound proof! Being so close to NW Newport Ave I wasn't sure if I would hear the cars. The house is very clean and well stocked in the kitchen! The beds are very comfortable and the linens are high-end and beautiful. I strongly recommend this place to visitors of Bend. This house comfortably fit six adults, a newborn, and a toddler with room to spare. We had a wonderful time hanging out in the living room and dining room (both spacious and comfortable) in the mornings and evenings, and we really loved being within walking distance of parks and local eateries and breweries; we rarely had to pack up the whole crew in the cars, and when we did, it wasn't for very long drives. This rental was perfect for a quiet, fun, and relaxed long weekends with friends.
