We had the best time at Diana’s house! The cottage has the best yard, the beds are very comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful additions that are sometimes lacking from other rentals… a set of beach towels, dog bowls, creamer in the fridge… just nice little gestures to make us feel welcome. The location couldn’t be better. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. And I don’t think there is a better town in the country for the Fourth of July! We love Bend and we’d happily stay at this house again.

Very comfortable stay in an IDEAL location if you enjoy walkable neighborhoods. We've come to Bend for vacations many years and really enjoy walking into downtown, or Arizona/Colorado Ave, or the west side Galveston strip. This cottage is near equidistant to all 3 of those, so everything feels like a very easy 5 minute walk. The yard is beautiful and peaceful, I actually enjoyed hanging out there to call my Dad. Stone's Throw let us know ahead of time about work to be done on the street, and responded incredibly fast to messages. Getting down the shared driveway to the carport was a little tricky the first time, because I was driving my wife's car which I don't know as well. Very nice to have off street parking. Landscaper was there several days working on the property driveway is shared with and was super friendly. If you like nature, good food, good beer, and dogs, Bend has a ton to offer you, and this is a great place to do it from! 12/10 would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here! We came for a concert at Hayden Homes amphitheater and were able to walk there and back. We also walked easily into downtown, and had an easy drive to the beautiful nature around. There was a very helpful binder with instructions and local recommendations- we were able to find the cutest bar! The space was clean and pleasant, with all the amenities we wanted. I’ll try to stay here again for future trips to Bend!

By far the best AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Diana was an absolute SUPER HOST - communicative, attentive, responsive, super helpful and kind. The place itself was immaculate! Brand new appliances, furniture, bedding, dishes, fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities - spotless and perfected with everything you'd want when selecting an AirBnB. The yard was beautiful with enough space to hang out and BBQ. The bedrooms in the house are spaced out so you never felt cramped. The kitchen was stunning and the perfect hangout with a big island. Truly can't get over how perfect this place was - we will absolutely be back! We're hoping Diana's place will become a tradition to stay at whenever we come visit Bend! Thank you, Diana!!

What a wonderful hideaway in the middle of downtown Bend! The place itself was immaculate and well stocked. We loved the outdoor seating areas. The rooms were clean and the home was well stocked with all that we needed. Best of all your space is so centralized we were just a few blocks from downtown. We can't wait to come and stay again.

We were lucky to find this house at a discounted price. The first couple of weeks of December are a great time to travel for this reason.

This Old Town house was in excellent repair, very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed, and a few things like a hot tub and a gas fireplace that we didn't "need" but enjoyed anyway. It was handy to have a garage with a door opener due to the rain. We didn't get the chance to use the bicycles in the garage, maybe next time.

The house is walking distance to town, yet on a quiet neighborhood street. Diana provided timely communications and was available to answer any questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is in the perfect downtown location. Generally a quiet neighborhood street although there was construction going on nextdoor during our stay. And a quick walk to Drake Park, the river and all of the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The backyard was such a wonderful surprise! Must be a double lot. It was large, beautiful and tranquil. The home was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 baby. We also enjoyed the bikes in the garage - made our downtown adventuring even better. The home's decor is unique and clearly personalized to the owners so we felt like we were staying in someone else's personal home for sure but it was comfortable and I would stay again!

Everything....this place had Everything!

Communication was great. The house was super cute and very large for a three bedroom. The Master bedroom was big enough for my wife and I, with a separate office space for three small kids. The downstairs bedroom is also large and housed our two guests and their small child. We didn't even use the third bedroom.

Walk to town, walk to the river, come back home and relax in the awesome backyard. The backyard was honestly the high point for us. Being able to retreat to the house after long days while still having a large space for activities was fantastic.

Clean, quaint house with all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed. The backyard is large and was fantastic for our kids to run around in. We were about a 10 minute walk to all the great restaurants and cafes in downtown and the river. I would definitely book this house again!

Diane's place was awesome! It was large, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Diane was easy to communicate with and very friendly. A perk is that it is within walking distance to several downtowns where there are delicious coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Smith Rock is only 35 minutes away and we spent most of our time exploring that beautiful state park.

This large house is comfortable and well-equipped, but there's more here than I expected. The rooms are bigger than they look in the photos, and there are more of them. Several hidden nooks and crannies with extras like a printer and a foosball table. I'm almost sorry we only stayed for only two nights and couldn't take full advantage. The location is convenient to everyplace I go in Bend. It would be perfect for a ski trip.

Large house with great separation of space and well-stocked kitchen. Property is managed by a locally owned property management company. Their response times were timely, the property is spotless, and check-in/out was easy. Location is wonderful and very walkable to downtown, Old Mill district and lots of neighborhood restaurants.

Plenty of room for the 6 of us and each area was clean and well furnished with modern amenities. Location was great with adequate parking. It's in a very walkable area - only about 10min walk from Downtown Bend (Deschutes, Bend Brewing, etc.) Check-in, check-out was super easy with clear communication, and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a busy day.

What a great place for our family to stay in Bend. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants a short walk in at least three different directions. The three bedrooms AND three bathrooms provided everyone some privacy. We enjoyed using the bikes, the hot tub, and lounging in the backyard.

We loved our stay here! It was a quick walk into downtown, but still enough away that it was quiet at night. The hot tub in the backyard is a nice extra touch!

Perfect location for exploring Bend. We have traveled to Bend 1-2/year for the past 5 years and this was our first time staying in an AirBNB, as we typically stay in hotels. We loved the location and the ability to walk to shopping, the river, playgrounds, and a plethora of food and beverage options. The host kindly provided bicycles for use, which made picking up food and groceries a breeze--as well as exploring the neighborhood and checking out all the beautiful historical homes in the area! The home is large and can easily accommodate a number of people, although we only had three people in our party and the place felt extremely roomy and luxurious for us! The hot tub worked great and the landscaping in the front and backyard were lovely. We often would see deer in the front yard--so even mother nature approved of the home! There was an abundance of linens, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the on-site laundry was a nice bonus. The host was very responsive and we would definitely recommend staying at this home!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend ski trip and had a wonderful time! All of the beds were super comfy and the house has plenty of space. We were able to walk to most restaurants and the kitchen at the house was stocked with basic cooking items so that was very helpful. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

This place is really well situated when exploring Bend. The neighborhood is very safe and close to many things to do in Bend. It's an historic bungalow with lots of charm. The fee for each night we stayed was very reasonable for the two of us in a home that could have easily accommodated many more people. The host had laminated information posted all around the home to explain things as needed like Hot Tub and exit instructions. We just loved the place and certainly will consider this home for our next visit to Bend. It has a Huge 2 car attached garage for safety. I loved how quiet the home and neighborhood were. We have done four Airbnb's in the last year and this has to be our favorite. Oh! There was a very old buck deer lounging in the front yard almost every morning. Really a nice place to stay.

This property was spotless with everything we needed, including proximity to downtown Bend. We frequently walked downtown for shopping & restaurants. House was also a quick walk to Galveston. Wow! What a lovely stay & home. We normally book the house at McMenamins but opted for a AIR bnb this time around. The house was perfect for me, my fiancé, 4 month old & grandma. The house had everything we needed & more. It was close enough to downtown which made meals super quick to get. Check in was a breeze & the hot tub was a bonus after mountain biking. House was very clean and had an amazing back yard. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood, and the process to get in was great. House had everything we needed for everyone to be comfortable. The only thing I would have any complaint would be the check out time of 10am. We would’ve liked to stay a bit longer before our journey home, but otherwise it was perfect! Loved it and would recommend!

We had a great time at Green Gables in Bend. The house is close to everything and was a great base camp to explore the area. Property managers were incredibly helpful with a quick response to a minor fireplace fix. Would definitely stay here again.

There were six of us that stayed at the house for a cross-country ski week end. The house worked well for us (2 couples in the upstairs bedrooms and 2 single ladies in the 2 rooms downstairs). We were able to walk to dinner our first night and, after our ski days, enjoyed dinner at home after a soak in the hot tub. We had a fun and relaxing stay!

This house is a classic older home in an excellent location west of the Deschutes. Easy walking distance to shops & coffee on Newmarket. Parking is available behind the house accessed on a little dirt road that isn't actually on Google Maps... The house is immaculately kept and the kitchen particularly well equipped. The BBQ is a bit old but serviceable. The hot tub was hot and most welcome after a hard day skiing! The beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of storage in the bedroom. Nice touches included Christmas lights around the eaves and a beautifully decorated tree in the living room. Oh, and some coffee and chocolates in the kitchen 🙂 The basement has washer, drier and ski bench. Its really dry and clean down there, despite some torrential rain on the middle day of our stay. Overall a good place to use as a base to explore Bend and surrounding areas, and great value.

We had a family reunion there, the place is great for kids and has everything you need from different wine glasses to chopsticks! The hosts are really understanding, we had to do an early check-in and later check-out, due to two of my uncooperative toddlers, Heidi made it so easy with the processes. Highly recommended!”

A Stone’s Throw is a beautiful home in a prime Bend location. We felt right at home and enjoyed all of the amenities, including watching the Tour de France each morning on the big screen TVs, to the hot tub, to the private backyard, to all downtown Bend has to offer a short walk or cruiser bike away. A Stone’s Throw was absolutely perfect and the hosts were incredible too.

Our group of 6 had plenty of space in “A stones throw” but we honestly didn’t spend a ton of time there. We were out skiing Mt Bachelor, snowmobiling, eating or drinking out in Bend. That said, the accommodation is very nice and there are lots of amenities. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub after long days out! The master suite is huge - a king bed in a massive room, with an additional sitting space too! That was the room to fight over. The location can’t be beat - it’s just a 5-10 min walk to downtown Bend. The hosts are super quick to respond and it’s an easy check in and check out process. We’d stay here again if back in Bend and definitely recommend it.

Perfectly situated in West Bend. I walked downtown Bend almost every day. I walked to Crux Brewery, Immersion Brewery and Atlas Cidery. I was able to walk to grocery store and walk back with a bag of groceries. I cooked, I entertained, I relaxed, I watched Netflix and even Sunday Golf when Tiger Woods was in contention. This house was wonderful! It had it all! With the master upstairs, we didn’t even hear anybody that was downstairs. Truly a pleasant stay. I will definitely look into this property again when I come back to Bend for a few days.

Very cozy home with incredible amenities!! Bikes were super fun to ride along the river walk in the evening for sunset and to dinner or breweries! Hot tub was nice and stayed hot, master bath was wonderful with huge shower, therapeutic bathtub and heated floors! Very clean, and quick response from A Stones Throw.

This place is awesome. The location was exactly what we wanted - close enough to downtown to walk to everything. The space was well equipped, and very clean. We especially loved the large master suite and using the hot tub after a day of skiing. The owners were super responsive and made sure our stay went smoothly. I really can't say enough about the home and the owners. We will definitely be back.

This Home was stunning! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the master bathroom is to die for. Hot tub was enjoyable too! Walking distance to the old mill district, river front trail, lots of breweries. We absolutely loved our stay!

Green Gables is a beautiful historic home in a great neighborhood. The kitchen is very well-equipped and we had plenty of room for our group of six. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and brewpubs! Would definitely book again.

My family had a wonderful time in this lovely, comfortable home. We walked to town for dinner, attended art shows, went on bike rides and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I especially love all the artwork. This is not a cold impersonal rental house, but a home that has been filled with meaningful art. This was the perfect place for our family getaway!

We just finished a 4 night stay in the lovely Green Gables home. My husband and I along with our two adult daughters were in need of some quality family time away and the house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all to spread out. We used the four bicycles and really enjoyed using them to get around town. We walked into town for dinner one night since the location is perfect...just a few blocks to all the restaurants and shops downtown. We really felt at home in this lovely home and hope to come back someday.

We enjoyed our stay, although too short, at the Green Gables home in Bend. They had everything we needed, with the exception of central air. There was an air conditioner in the master bedroom. A very nice, clean home with all the kitchen, bedding and toiletries a person would need. Next time, we plan to stay in Bend a couple days longer!

The home was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. Walk to downtown, or to the park for rafting - we had a blast! As a bonus, the cafe less than 3 blocks away was perfect for a yummy coffee and breakfast. We'll definitely be back!

It's a great house, clean, well-stocked, and easily fit us 8 folks. The bedrooms were comfy, the bathrooms spacious, and there were plenty of lounging spaces inside and out. Hot tubs are always a plus too. All the communications with the owners were easy and the check in and departure were a piece if cake. We'll be back if we're ever back.

We had a fantastic time here over Memorial weekend. Hiked Tamolitch Blue Pool & Misery Trail at Smith Rock. Stayed here with great friends and family, but best of all created some fantastic memories with our kids. Thank you!

Green Gables was so fantastic to stay in! The house was so charming and the location was very close to everything. I loved that there were bikes to ride around town and a hot tub to relax in after our long hike at Smith Rock. This is a great place to stay in no matter what season - it'll accommodate everything you need in Bend! I will definitely be coming back.

This house was incredible. The master bedroom and double headed shower was amazing and the beds were to die for. The upgrade in appliances made it easy to cook with having zero problems. I loved how spacious the rooms are and how big the dining room table was to play family games.

Me and my friends had an absolute blast, we never tried so many different things and activities in our lives. We can't wait to come back.

Loved this house - THREE bathrooms was such a treat. Dining table that sat 8 was perfect. Location could not be beat - walkable to the Mt Bachelor Shuttle and all things downtown. Our only sadness was that the living room space was not larger, but otherwise this was perfect for our needs. Thanks!!

The House on Saint Helen's Place was wonderful. The house was clean, cozy, and well stocked. The location is within three blocks of downtown Bend and easy to get to. We stayed at GG for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was immaculate,comfortable and attractive. The neighborhood was quiet and in the perfect location between downtown and old mill district (both within walking distance) The home was very cozy with the gas fire places in the living room and the huge master bedroom which was such a nice retreat. The backyard was great for the kids and our son loved the hot tub. All in all this is the best house we've rented in Bend and will definitely return.

Great location, wonderful amenities, and all the comforts of home! We stayed for a girls weekend, but the home would be fabulous for families too.
So many little touches to make our stay feel like we were in a luxury hotel: heated tiles in the master bathroom (and a whirlpool tub!), yummy lotions, soaps and shampoos, super comfy beds (with real fitted sheets), plus anything we could ever need in the kitchen. There must have been over 2 dozen spices in the spice rack. But why cook with so many great restaurants and brew pubs to try? And with Jackson's Corner one block away, we really got the fee
