We had a fabulous stay in Bend at A Stone’s Throw! The location cannot be beat - great neighborhood, close to everything and so charming! We especially loved having Jackson’s Corner less than a block away where we had breakfast each morning. Communications with the host was great and everything was clean and just as we expected. Look forward to coming again!

We stayed at Stone's Throw Bungalow for an extended weekend and had a wonderful time. While we originally considered staying closer to the water, we ended up choosing this spot because of its location in the heart of Old Town Bend — and we’re so glad we did!

The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet just steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots. We were able to walk to the river, Drake Park, Hayden Amphitheater, downtown, and so many other places without ever needing to drive.

The Airbnb itself had everything we needed, and then some. We especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, since we packed light for hiking and mountain biking. It made things super convenient.

We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, walkable home base in Bend!

Clean, comfortable and easy to explore Bend

This is a charming stay in a great location. There are great restaurants within walking distance and it's right near the river where you can pick up a beautiful path and walk down to Old Mill. Location is A+! The unit is also well designed with plenty of space in the kitchen and a really comfortable bed. This was our second time staying here and we'd stay again!

Perfect place for two near downtown. We loved this little spot for a romantic getaway. We walked or biked everywhere with no need to use the car the whole time we were there, location is fantastic! Super sweet place that’s a fun combo of vintage and modern, nicely decorated, and super clean. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of cleaning supplies, there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, and the extras like post-its and scotch tape were amazing. We had a great time!

The Bungalow worked perfectly for us. It is just a short walk to many restaurants, breweries, wineries, and parks. The space was nicely appointed, clean, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was great, including the old-school fridge (looked like it was right out of my grandmother's kitchen). The large bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay while seeing the local attractions. If you are looking for hikes, we got in some trail time at Smith Rock, Black Butte, and Tumalo Falls - all of which were great. I have a feeling we will be back before too long!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We knew the Bend area well enough to know where we wanted to stay, which is exactly where this spot was! Walking distance to SO much in Bend - Old Mill District and the Old Downtown area. We felt safe walking around in the evening time, and enjoyed having such great access to the riverfront. Loved this stay and would highly recommend!

This little bungalow had everything we were looking for: Easy check-in and off-street parking, full kitchen, quiet, good bed, and above all, clean. The street in front seemed to quiet down around bedtime and the traffic on it isn't really noticeable until after 7 am. The neighborhood is good for stretching the legs and it is just a couple of blocks from the riverwalk. We noticed a good-looking brunch/supper place with local-sourced food a block down the street, but didn't try it out since this place has a full kitchen. Our hostess provided a very good notebook with information on local stores, shops, maps and things to do. We hope to stay again!

Diana has the basic covered and more. Starting with easy to enter to having everything you need to enjoy your stay. Even a electric water kettle! Functional kitchen, wish I had to cook something. Great secure parking spot with quick access to place, get for unloading and loading. The provided booklet has all the info you need to know about the place and surrounding area. Only improvement would be a hottub!

Booked a last minute trip to Bend with my husband and we were lucky to find this cute little bungalow. A short walk to pubs and restaurants, located only a few blocks from Old Bend.

Having the bed in the main room made it feel like a cozy cabin and really made the space for us. This is not a place for you if you're looking for spacious, but definitely if you're seeking comfy and quaint. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in and has all the things needed, including fresh coffee.

Diana was very helpful with the only minor issue we had regarding hot water running out quickly, but the problem only lasted one day so maybe it was a fluke? No complaints at all, I definitely recommend this lovely updated space for couples or individuals. We hope to visit again someday!

We had a great stay at Diana’s place! The apartment was bigger than the photos make it to be and the space was really cozy and clean. The bed is very firm but comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This place was great! We parked at the bungalow and were able to walk to downtown and the Old Mill District. Such a gem for a couple or small family. 100% recommend staying here. We will be back in the summer!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the bungalow. The space was cozy and perfect for the two of us. We used the kitchen sparingly as there are so many great places to eat around! But the bed was a welcome place to lay our heads. Thank you!

This was the perfect place to stay in bend. It is walking distance to the river. But it in the middle of old mill and downtown so nothing was “too far”.
The house itself was very cute and well maintained. It was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay at. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very well supplied cabin with everything you could need. We had a little trouble getting in because we weren’t told that the keypad is at the back of the house but once we figured that out it was a great experience.

Location is outstanding! Host company extremely responsive as we did have some difficulty with the dryer and AC. Strongly suggest bringing a sound machine as it is a one story unit on a very busy street with thin walls, but again the perfect location to walk to restaurants and shopping.

This is a small, cozy, well appointed place to stay with excellent access to shopping, dining, walking paths. We had everything we needed to make small meals and relax comfortably after a day of shopping in downtown Bend. Very clean the bed is super comfortable!

I would totally recommend this Airbnb. I booked this about a week out and it worked out great. It’s charming and was very clean.

Diana was very responsive in her communication. Initially I tried to enter at the wrong entrance. There’s parking spaces through an alley and off the street, so the street view door is not the front door with code access, which is what I was confused on. I reached out to Diana and she was very responsive and made sure I had it correct and got in and settled. The washer/dryer does sound like it is going to launch into orbit when ran lol. But I would stay here again for sure. It was high 90’s when here and the a/c worked great. Location is pretty darn good. Great for 1-2 people.

I really like Diana’s place. The kitchen was well stocked even had some spices and olive oil, which I normally have to bring with me. Our stay in band was during hot summer weather. There is a glitch in the air conditioning system. There are three units, all side-by-side and if one person sets their air conditioner, temperature high, then all the units go to that temperature. We found this out from the air conditioner, repair person who came out. During our stay the first day this was a problem our temperature reached 80 indoors. We contacted Diana who told us other people had had this problem, but it usually seemed to resolve itself. Eventually, after a few hours of communication back-and-forth, she told us they had a portable air conditioner in the basement that could be brought up. The portable air conditioner solved the problem for us. But she didn’t give us that option until we told her if the problem was not resolved, we would need to be re-housed, if this was not resolved.

This was the perfect little Bungalow for our short stay in Bend. It had everything we needed and then some. Great location and super nice host. We would definitely stay again.

Diana’s place was perfect. We wanted a place near downtown, and the bungalow was an ideal location! Diana was so kind, responsive, and helpful. She replies quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful. The place had all the amenities, and it was very peaceful. It was a perfect fit for our needs, and I will book it again.

We know Bend well, having relatives there for many years, and having had a condo there for several years in the past. This place provided a nice central location to get to our relatives, take walks, and find food from.

My wife and I stayed at the 'South Sister' bungalow and really enjoyed our time in Bend. Diana was very responsive with clear instructions. The place was clean and tidy. It was walkable to everything in Bend and very quiet. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to / through Bend.

Immaculate bungalow in perfect location for exploring Bend area. Seven minute walk downtown to enjoy coffee on the waterfront and walk the park. The communication was professional, bungalow exquisitely decorated and so well stocked. We loved having a washer and dryer available mid trip. Will be back to visit next time we are in Bend.

We had a fantastic stay. it is super close to everything. Diana was fantastic pre checking in. It's a perfect location.

Small, comfortable space near the heart of Bend. I found the heat pump unit directly over the head of the bed a little disruptive to sleep so ear plugs could be helpful to sensitive sleepers.

The little lava was amazing and cozy! Had a bunch of cute and delicious restaurants all within walking/biking distance. The Airbnb itself was clean and had all the necessities. Diana was super responsive and helpful. I forgot my keys after check out and she was able to coordinate with the cleaning service and shipped my keys within a couple of days. Would stay here again if I am in the area.

Great place to stay in Bend! A short drive to the river, as well as multiple restaurants and bars. The cottage is small, but nice and cozy- great for a couple, as well as a few dogs, in our case. Diana was proactive in her communication and provided clear instructions from check-in to check-out

Our stay at Little Lava was fantastic! It really is right in the heart of the Old Mill District and super walkable which is great. The space is the perfect size for two and I loved that there was a full kitchen and king sized bed (which was actually comfortable). We didn’t use the bikes this time around, but that was also a nice perk!

This may have been the best AirBnB we've stayed in. This small home was cozy, comfortable and full of light. We could walk downtown in just a few minutes to explore Bend, find food, go to the Farmers market or have a cup of coffee. We walked to the mill for delicious ramen. Walked over to the river walk. After each foray out, we came home to a warm haven. We sat outside in the front patio in the sunny afternoon. It was such a pleasure to be in a super clean, well equipped place with easy entry and easy locking each time we went out. I appreciated the messages welcoming us, giving us information, and making departure easy with clear instructions. Diana was quickly responsive the one time I had a question. There were even bikes to use! All in all a great experience.

Very small place, basically one room, but cute. Owner was responsive though. Wrong code for door sent Initially, but she quickly responded with the right code. Booked for 4 nights for 250 a night (which honestly is pricey for a one room) and when I asked to extend, the price went up to 330 for the other nights without telling me. Overall though the place is cute and allows dogs which was nice!

I loved the space and the super comfy bed. Great location. I had some difficulty with unlocking the door to get in, but the support by text was super fast and super helpful. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Little Lava! The place was clean, comfy, and cozy. It was well stocked with kitchen and bath basics, and we enjoyed the table and chairs outside since the weather was so lovely. We borrowed the 2 bikes for a nice ride down to the Old Mill District, and we walked each evening to dinner in downtown. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location and walkable to many shops, restaurants, and bars. The place is pretty small, but has everything you need. Definitely pretty pricey for what you get, but that's going to be all over Bend. Only problem we ran into was some bugs in the place but that's typical for this time of year. Still would come back if I'm ever in Bend again.

Can’t beat this location!

Little Lava was the perfect spot. It was a one-minute walk before we hit the downtown area and about a five-minute walk to the river. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and felt safe. Diana, our host, was responsive and kind. The house was clean and absolutely perfect! Having a BBQ and bikes available made our stay even more enjoyable! Can not recommend enough!

We visited Bend for the first time this weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! So glad we were able to bring the dogs along! This location truly is a stone’s throw away from everything! We had such a blast exploring and using it as a homebase between local brewery/restaurants and parks around the Bend area! We hope to return soon!

We celebrated our one year anniversary in Bend and at the Little lava. So thankful to bring the dogs along! We checked our Tumalo Falls. Explored town by eating/drinking our way through it. Grabbed some trail dogs from worthy brewing co down the road. Enjoyed them in patio space.

We loved staying at Diana‘s. The directions or concise the location was an geographically perfect for what we wanted to do. We went to a concert on Saturday at the Hayden Amphitheater, and then we spent the day discovering Bend on Sunday. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

I had so much fun at this location! It’s a little pricey but it was my birthday so it was a splurge. It’s so close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops, I didn’t need to drive anywhere for all the days I was there. The house is basically a tiny house, but has all the amenities you need. It was super clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook anything! The details are what impressed me most: from good organic soaps, trash bags, coffee with cream in fridge, to just the way the guestbook and recommendations were sitting out for me to look over. It felt homey, safe, and comfortable. Everything I needed! Thank you so much.

What a lovely stay my wife, dog and I had! Coming in May when the weather is nice was perfect. It was also a bonus to be here to witness the Paddle event. Had a great time eating, drinking and shopping downtown for a bday celebration. We will be back!

This space is cozy and close to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in Old Bend. The bed was super comfy and the couch and electric fireplace were a nice place to lounge. We had an excellent stay, the place had everything we needed and much more. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. Extra blankets, and heater quickly heated up the room. Slightly smaller than expected, but you can easily close the privacy curtains to separate the living room and ‘bedroom’ in the studio (all one room, no physical separation).

Little Lava is a sweet, well-stocked, cozy, comfy tiny home. Diana thought of and supplied everything a guest could need, including a very comfortable bed. Also, the place was spotless. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Early April was still a little too cold for the bikes supplied, but - though we’d love to come back and cruise around on them - we didn’t need them to access Bend’s amazing restaurants, coffee spots, and taprooms.

Diana was an absolute pleasure to book with extremely responsive and helpful! Plus the place had all the little details thought out everything you needed was there. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great spot to explore Bend! If you’re a walker, you’ll rarely need your car. If you’re not a walker, there’s plenty of food and drink next door. Would definitely stay again!

The bungalow was great! I cannot wait to stay there with my pups again. The place was in a great location, easily walkable to great shops and food (5-7min walk) It is also only about 30min to Mt. Bachelor. Check in was a breeze and parking was super convenient. The place allows dogs, but you could not tell there had ever been dogs there before. My pups loved the front yard. Diana was very quick to respond to any questions and made sure that you knew she was there for anything you needed.

Really convenient location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the park! Diana was on top of everything making sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible cozy place right in the heart of bend! Location could not be better, will be on the lookout for this place the next time we ski Mt. Bachelor!

My husband and I really enjoyed having this as our home base for a couple nights while we were traveling for work. The home is in an extremely walkable area of downtown Bend, my husband was able to get around while I used the rental car to drive to a jobsite an hour plus away for half the day. The space was super clean, the shower had plenty of pressure and good hot water. We appreciated the local coffee for our first mornings pot. Linens were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would look to stay here again when coming to Bend.

The location of Little Lava is ideal. It is steps from downtown, but is still quiet. Extremely clean, well supplied. We visited during winter and the mini-split kept us warm and cozy. Excellent, communicative and helpful host. We will be back!

One piece of advice when checking in--there are two houses side by side with the same address--this one also has #2 after the main address.

The location was perfect; being able to walk downtown without having to park was a real gift, and it is basically across the street from McMenanmins! The bed was super comfy and the space was cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The parking space has deceiving clearance issues and it broke off a plastic guard under our car when we arrived, so be careful if you have a low clearance vehicle. And the shower drain was clogged so we had to take short showers and had to stand in puddles of water when we showered.

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Lava! It was perfect for the two of us and our Chihuahua, Joey Tapatio. He adored it! Five stars for everything! Enjoyed the trick or treats, coffee and other nice touches throughout. Bed was super comfy, the fenced yard was great and location ideal...just a few blocks to Downtown Bend. Cozy and very dog friendly. Diana was super as a host. We'll be back!

We've stayed in a lot of places in Bend. This one is my favorite. Great location, well appointed, and very comfortable.

My partner and I plus our dog stayed at Little Lava for the 4th of July. The location is truly amazing and all the things you need for an airbnb are provided. It's a perfect spot for a little getaway!

Little Lava is the perfect home base for a trip to Bend. It was walkable to tons of restaurants and breweries and an easy drive to hikes and other outdoor activities. The house was very clean and check in was easy. The place is dog friendly and they even left a dog bowl and other dog supplies. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The house was cute, had a very well equipped kitchen, bed was super comfy, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal- within walking distance of many of our favorite spots in Bend!! True to its name. Little Lava is a small accommodation, but it is in a great neighborhood with a dog park a chuck-it throw away, downtown shops and running trails along the river within a few blocks. Perfect directions and seamless communication made arrival, access, check-in and check-out a breeze. The home was a nice little efficiency with everything we (2 adults, one dog) needed! Such a wonderful place that we will be back, I am sure.

One of the bikes that was advertised had a flat tire, when i messaged them about this (the day when planned to bike around town), I never heard back. The shower had been draining slowly and when we tried to shower close together the shower overflowed all into the bathroom. I hope they fix these things.

Great spot in downtown bend. Near everything and parking was a breeze. A full sized 2500 fit just fine in the assigned parking spot. Able to bike to anywhere! Would LOVE to return.

Great to have a lodging so close to Downtown Bend, we enjoyed our after dinner walks each night up a different street. Always going through Troy field so our puppy Abby could have her run around in open space.
Don't miss the Broom Closet at McMenamins!
We enjoyed Marion berry ice cream at Goodys as well as coffee fudge gelato from Cravins Candy Emporium.
Pine Tavern serves delicious meal on the back porch facing the river- Dogs allowed!
Also Pastinos at the Old Mill, again dogs allowed and its along the river.
A trip to Smith Rock is a great way to start the day!

Can’t beat the location of this place. Downtown is just a few mins walk. It’s very quiet. Oddly, when the neighbor slams their car door the houses shakes but that’s about it for noise. Great kitchen. Good wifi. The little yard is helpful if you have a pup and is an awesome place for a sunny breakfast. Nothing negative, but some personal preferences: Couch is okay. A bit too much for the space and over squishy for my taste. I’m not a fan of the bed. It was a spring mattress with a thick foam topper. It was too squishy for me, made it hard to move. It was made like a hotel, where the duvet cover is just laying on top of the duvet and the sheets are thin and smell commercial washed. Bed is #1 for me when I travel though. There is also no room for a nightstand so you can’t have water or phone by the bed. Not a dire issue, just pointing it out.

Thank you for creating the perfect getaway spot for our trip back to Bend! We got to see some of our favorite spots and our pup loved getting to hang out and play in the yard.
This Bungalow is such a great little spot for a staycation and we can't wait to come back in the summer!

Our stay at the little house on Lava Lane was simply PERFECT! We've been to Bend many times during both summer and the winter and always get to stay at hotels. We wanted something special this time. We are newly weds and have just gotten into Nordic skiing. The house was in the perfect location! Although the restaurants are closed to indoor dining we sat by the fire at McMenamins and we had a wonderful time. Happy Holidays!

Great location- cottage is small but mighty has everything one could need . Comfy king size bed , fire place , kitchen fully equipped. Fenced yard was a huge bonus for dogs . Will stay again and again when in Bend .

This spot is actually perfect! It's your own standalone hotel-room-sized spot just around the corner from downtown and neighborhoods. We are in the market of potentially buying a place in Bend and this was just so essential for having quick access to the downtown and minutes away from the other neighborhoods. The bungalow itself is tidy, clean, inviting, has lots of amenities including blender, stove etc for a nice cozy stay. It was also very quiet here despite being near the down town. I was able to peacefully get a few hours of work in at the dining table between our neighborhood visits. We brought our doodle and the 3 of us were perfectly comfortable for the weekend. 10/10 would stay here again.

We loved out stay at Little Lava! The little cottage was the perfect outdoor getaway. Many hours logged this weekend hiking and kayaking. This was the perfect place to come home to at the end of a long day of adventuring. Be sure to get out on the bikes and check out some of the tasty breweries, and do not pass up the opportunity to eat at Jacksons Corner! Thank you Stones Throw for the awesome stay! Excellent little place, perfect for enjoying an afternoon of sun and playing fetch with a pup in the back yard! Walking distance to just about everything you could want and the place was nice and tidy when I arrived.

I love Bend cause it just the right size and because my son lives here now. This cozy cottage is quite extra special because i had a cozy space of my own. Plus I stayed for 2 nights. The BBQ was perfect for dinners and I enjoyed eating it outside.
The lava Cottage location is the best. I didn't realize how close it was to downtown and the Box Factory/ Old Mill area. Also the River walk which is a must for me. Everything I wanted while I was visiting.

We needed to be in Bend for work reasons and had a fantastic stay with our 4 doggies! We walked morning and evening around downtown bed. The tiny house was perfect and the yard couldn’t be better.

I have been to Bend a few times and this was my first time staying within downtown- it was awesome! We were surprised how close McMennimins was which was nice to hit up after a long drive. A super cute space and enjoyed the larger sized bed.

This little house is perfect. Cute, clean, centrally located. Heck, right downtown and a herd of muledeer walked right down the street. It is highly walkable to lots of places, close to running paths, stores and more. I'd definitely seek this place out again.

Everything from booking to staying and checkout was well organized, straight forward and easy which made for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank you! Moreover, I can not express how important it was to us that we could have our dogs with us. They were the reason for our stay, after all, as we are attending a dog training workshop. There isn’t a better location to stay than this cozy home. The front yard is an extra special treat. 1 space of off street parking. You can walk to downtown, to the river, to old mill, or to a new area with restaurants and shopping just south. Make sure to check out Podski on Thursdays with live music. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Bend. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location, only a block away from great restaurants and the downtown area, we were able to walk everywhere. The yard was perfect with our dog, and AC was incredible for the 90 degree days!

We had the most amazing time here in Bend with our dog. We went to 10 of the 18 breweries on the Bend Ale Trail with our dog, and Smith Rock State Park. This has definitely been one of our favorite trips and we will be back. AC was amazing!

The house is small, but so well laid-out and appointed that it feels bigger. We loved sitting on the patio in the evening. This is a wonderful little gem in the heart of Old Bend. The outdoor living area is really nice. I really liked the simplicity and comfort. I would not recommend for more that 2 people, it’s about the size of a studio apartment but the outdoor living space doubles it.

This small house is in a great location, walkable to everything and it was awesome to have the 2 cruiser bikes as well. The space is tiny but has all you need. It was very clean, powerful a/c and the bed is VERY comfortable. It was nice to have a place to sit outside although the yard has rather bare sparse landscaping and could use some sprucing up.

The location of this little home is fantastic. We were very comfortable here, not least due to the king size bed. The place is small, but worth it if you're traveling on a budget. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and nature walks within 5 to 15 minutes walking.

Accommodations at the big lava were five star! The beds and linens are luxurious and super comfortable. The house is clean and loaded with amenities . The location of big lava is perfect walking distance to the bathhouse, coffee shop and downtown restaurants and shopping ! Love this rental!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Bend. Walking to many restaurants was quick and easy and getting to Mt. Bachelor was too! My wife and I would come back for sure. The hosts were also very helpful and available!

We arrived early; there’s always an aspect of travel that’s unexpected and we were very grateful for an early check in and for our hosts understanding!!! We had a wonderful time in Bend and the Little Lava Inn was the perfect place to wrap up our tour of the PNW. It truly was relaxing and felt homey. The location was spot on too, we’d happily stay again. It’s blocks from everything and the access to bikes was icing on the cake. We HIGHLY recommend stopping next door to the McMenimin’s Old School which has been transformed and contains the coolest backyard patio with multiple fire pits and bar. Another gem of an outdoor spot is Bend Brewing Co. it’s spectacular. As for food, find an Ocean Roll and enjoy!!! I’ll be dreaming of them. Our dinners at both Zydeco and Barrio we’re great as well.

My husband and i ended our 5 year anniversary trip here. Best way to wrap up our PNW Tour. The town is cute and everything close by and we enjoyed the bikes too.After the hustle & bustle of Seattle and Portland, this little inn was the perfect place to kick off our shoes and relax. We hope everyone enjoys it as we did. Make sure to stop next door and check out the outdoor patio with fire pits and cigar bar at McMenimans Old School St. Francis.

If you want location, here it is! Literally a “stones throw” from everything: restaurants, shops, bars and of course breweries. Some spots are a bit far for a walk but, they provide you with two bikes! Bed was comfy, it was cozy and tidy. Just what you could ask for! We would definitely be staying here again!

Dog friendly, with a little yard out front, our two small pups loved it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo etc provided. Super cute and comfortable studio in an amazing location. Appreciated the air conditioning and parking space. Short walk to all that downtown has to offer - and to the Market of Choice for supplies. What a great experience...maybe one of the best AirBnB places I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a small space but that was exactly what I needed. The cottage is stylish, comfortable, full of thoughtful amenities and touches and everything works well, especially the WiFi, TV and barbecue. The cottage is on a quiet street and only a 5-minute walk to downtown and less than 10 to a great grocery store called Market of Choice. Brook and her team were excellent to work with. We walked along the river from Drake Park to Riverbend park with our dog for the off-leash swimming area which was really nice. Grocery store and breweries all within a few blocks. It is a small place but has everything you need!

This was our second stay here and of course we loved it just as much the send time. It’s small but perfect for a couple’s getaway. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s in a cute, quiet neighborhood but you can walk to so many good food and drink places. We’ll definitely be back, again 🙂

Adorable little house! My son and I stayed in Little Lava Mother's Day weekend and really enjoyed it. The location can't be beat - it's an easy walk to downtown Bend (which we made several times!). Everything you need is there, the place was clean and comfortable.

What a perfect place for a weekend in Bend! We were in town for Bend Marathon weekend and the location was absolutely perfect. It's right on the edge of the downtown area, a walk, skip and jump away from McMenamin's. The amenities were perfect for us, we hope to use the grill on our next visit! It was quiet, the AC/Heater worked just fine, and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. We can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here, it is truly close to everything! Cute space, well appointed and with the full kitchen we made dinner and stayed in a few nights too. Hosts were responsive and communicative. We hope to return sometime!

We appreciated how close to all the shops and restaurants in Old Bend this cottage was. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The only drawback is that the shower is small, but the water pressure was decent, so it was fine for us. Being able to bring our dog was wonderful, especially since Bend has so many great dog-walking trails. Also, we enjoyed getting to see a indie rock show with no cover across the street at McMenamin's on our last night in town.

Fantastic little cottage! It is clean and very functional, it has everything you need. The private parking space is a nice to have. The location can't be better. It is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood and a short walk away from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and great breweries! The host (Chris) was accommodating and quick to respond. I definitely recommend it and would rent it again

We've stayed in a lot of AirBnB's and rental cottages and this was DEFINITELY the best equipped and thought out rental we've ever stayed in. Thank you for putting the time into the extra details like full size shampoo + conditioner bottles and the things that seem so obvious, like having a full silverware set + cup set. We really appreciate everything!

Little Lava Cottage was a wonderful place to stay during my trip to Bend. It is ridiculously close to old downtown and its cafés, restaurants, and shops. It was also very easy to get out of town and enjoy the skiing at Mt. Bachelor. I would definitely recommend this adorable and cozy cottage!

This place was perfect for what we needed for a couple of days in Bend. I was able to walk to my work appointments and then walk to downtown, etc for dinners, drinks, etc. Perfect little place, perfect location, perfect price....just perfect. And the well appointed kitchen made making a quick breakfast easy. And, the fact that it was pet friendly made it all even better. Thank you for making this place available on AirBNB.

Perfect location. I walked everywhere I needed to go and didn't bother with the bikes (which had their tires inflated and ready to go if you wanted.) Just the right amount of space for me and one other. I didn't use the appliances but they looked ready to go and spotless in the kitchen. The weather turned warm and enjoy the small outdoor area in the front. Waved Hi to lots of the friendly folks in Bend

This place is perfect! My husband and I stayed two nights with our dogs, and everything was great. The way the unit is laid out is awesome. Everything is clean and organized. Walking distance to all downtown Bend. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Bend.

Amazing spot a minutes walk from downtown. Being able to enjoy Bend's restaurants and bars without the hassle of driving was superb. Would not hesitate to book this place again!

I didn’t read closely and didn’t realize the unit didn’t have a washer/dryer so I didn’t plan clothing well but that was completely my fault for not reading thoroughly. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and I loved the hot chocolate on the cold winter nights! Would totally stay here again!”

This place could not be any more perfect! It has a super location with short walks to downtown and easy off-street parking. The cottage itself was well-thought out, well stocked with quality amenities, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable and cozy! We really loved our stay and visit to Bend and highly recommend this cottage!

We had a fabulous time in this perfect cozy cottage! It all was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed walks to Stihl Whiskey Bar and Deschutes Brewery and a dar at the absolutely gorgeous Smith Rock State Park. We'll recommend this place to everyone!
