Great place and even better location! Walk next door to grocery store, coffee shops, brewery’s easy walk, downtown easy walk. Lots of space and 3 king beds was great. Only slight issue is that the aircon in hallway doesn’t really reach the one bedroom especially once door to the bedroom is closed for sleeping. Son said it got very warm. Fans were provided and helped with airflow. Overall great place with helpful recommendations and very responsive host.

This place is stunning. My girlfriend and her kids were practically giddy once they got inside. Rooms were spacious, everything we needed was at hand, we were able to make a couple of meals as easily as at home. I really can't say enough. There was a guidebook for Bend in the house; clear directions for WiFi, gate and door codes; and the place was immaculate.
Next time we head to Bend, we will definitely try to book this place again!

Wonderful place to stay in Bend for our small group of family and friends. The home is very modern in design and walkable to downtown, the market, and many great restaurants. Can’t recommend it enough!

Diana‘s place is a beautiful place. The whole house is exactly as the pictures described. It is spacious, nicely renovated and the bathrooms are incredible (you will know what I mean when you walk into the walk-in shower).

The kitchen is very well equipped and the place has some games and a lovely patio.

A nice touch are the local recommendations that are left for guests.

There is a great supermarket, a nice coffee shop and some restaurants just around the corner.

We loved our stay and would come back for sure if we come back to bend.

We loved our stay in Bend, and this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Well appointed and lovely, a great kitchen for those who like to cook (which is often a challenge in Airbnb’s) and in a great location. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay again!

The perfect base camp for two families and a couple dogs! Super comfortable space, fantastic market and cafes next door, and super close to downtown and nearby adventures.

My family (including dog) stayed at this lovely home while exploring Bend. We loved how we could walk to the Newport Market, ride our bikes to Sparrow Bakery and drive to the High Desert Museum and mountain biking. What a fabulous city! The house was very well appointed, clean and so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for our stay! Our teenagers were loving the area and how easy it was to walk everywhere they wanted to be. We felt safe letting them adventure on their own while we were off doing our thing. The house was fantastic for our crew, including the dog : )

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It has a great layout, the kitchen is very well stocked and included all we needed to have our meals. It is very convenient to a market, downtown and to Mount Bachelor. The house was very clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. We will be back! Many thanks for a great stay.

Well situated in West Bend near everything + super walkable to fantastic eateries, great market, the river, downtown, and more. The house itself was well equipped, and also lended itself well for working from home (3 built-in desks throughout). The internet wasn’t quite up for the same, however, as it was pretty slow at times throughout the stay, while other times it worked as intended. We enjoyed playing shuffle board, loved having that as an option! Definitely a a great spot to stay.

This was our second stay at Kyaha and it was wonderful. Perfect for our family ski holiday. Looking forward to booking again!

Perfect location for visiting Bend. Right next to Newport market, and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Diana was very helpful! I even left my shoes in the airbnb and she shipped them to me. Would stay there again.

great location and design

Three words; radiant cork floors. Having never experienced the warmth and softness of cork floors, I'm now a huge fan. The upstairs bedrooms were very cozy and comfortable for our winter stay. After experiencing a master bathroom as nice as this, it was heartbreaking to leave. The downstairs has a super function layout while being cozy as well. Something about warm concrete floors are inherently 'Bend'. We had a small issue with the boiler that heats the floors, but it was resolved on the second night. I highly recommend Diana's place.

Would definitely stay here again! Immaculate, thoughtfully well stocked. As a coffee lover I appreciated that there was a coffee grinder, Chemex, French press and drip machine; and two places within a 5 min walk to get excellent coffee/beans (the Pantry and Backporch). It was Winter and the fireplace and extra blankets were nice; furniture was comfortable. The soaking tub was spa-like and luxurious.

Kitchen was a dream to cook in and there’s a gourmet market across the street. A few restaurants are within a short walk, otherwise we walked the 20 minutes through the park along the river to downtown Bend and 10 minutes to the Galveston restaurants and shops.

There are a couple yoga studios within a 2 min drive or 10-15 min walk - loved Groove yoga! Diana is thoughtful, proactive, and an overall wonderful host- you can tell the thought she’s put into details to make it a nice stay.

We are a family of five. Three are picky and two are not. My folks visited; she is picky, he is not. I predict Diana's place will never experience a negative review.

Our second time back to a Stone’s Throw Bungalow and for a second time, no regrets!! We love this location in Bend. Close to everything walking or driving, plenty of shared and private spaces for a group of 6. Don’t count out shuffleboard tournaments here either. The kitchen is fully stocked, we celebrated Thanksgiving here.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is the kind of house where you can park the car and leave it in the garage because everything is an easy walk. There were also many thoughtful luxuries at the house — a great shower and heated floors! Thank you for a lovely time in Bend.

Diana’s place was wonderful, the home itself is beautiful and the location was great. Walking distance to the market, and Backporch coffee which was awesome. I definitely would love to be back in the future. 🙂

This place was great to hang out at and explore Sunriver. We loved the hot tub, ping pong table and single gear bikes!
It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. We were able to bike and play pickle-ball and volleyball which was great.
The kitchen and grill were easy to use and had plenty of pans/utensils (the only thing missing was any spices but we went and got our own).

The bathroom set up was a little odd for us since we had two couples and the upstairs bathroom has a door to the hallway and the larger bedroom, but we had no issues with it. The beds were also a bit soft, but I was so tired from all the activities available in Sunriver that I didn’t notice.

Overall this was a fun location to get together to enjoy each other’s company and explore Sunriver.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house is perfect for couples visiting Bend with 3 king beds. The location of the house is perfect to walk to our favorite breweries and breakfast spots.

Diana was a great host. Very responsive. The house was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Easy walking distance to town, the river and amphitheater. Plus a delightful market right next door.

Fantastic stay -easy walk to great grocery (100 steps : )) and several great restaurants- Chow, Spork. Great (easy) walk into Old Bend through the neighborhood and across the walking bridge. Big garage for easy parking and unloading. Comfortable rooms, with privacy in the primary bedroom. Well equipped, super clean and a nice host!

This Airbnb was absolute perfection. Very clean, highly aesthetically appealing, spacious, comfortable, safe walkable neighborhood close to EVERYTHING. It was perfect. We had 3 children under 6 and walked everywhere. Notably, there's a park, food trucks, restaurants, trike friendly sidewalks to downtown and holy grail... an incredible local grocery store directly across the street. I couldn't think of anything that would have made it better. 10/10

This was a perfect stay for visiting Bend and I would total recommend it! Diana was a great host who provided clear and detailed instructions and communicated throughout the entire process. The place is nice, updated, clean, organized and stocked with pretty much everything you need (and a spacious set up and layout). Diana left lots of info of things to do in the area and places to eat/visit too. Everything was great!

This is a beautiful, spacious house in a great neighborhood- a block from Newport Avenue Market, which has everything imaginable. Diana is a true “super host” - clear communication throughout, lots of nice touches in the home. We will be back!

The home is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is impossible to beat. Diana’s always super responsive.

What a wonderful place! It was even more beautiful than the photos and the location was perfect! That area of Bend is a great place to stay with lots going on but not so much that it’s overwhelming. I loved the attached garage, it made loading and unloading my things so much easier than from the street. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and Diana was very responsive to any concerns I had while there. They even set up a little Christmas tree with some stockings hanging form the fire place, it was a sweet touch. I’ll definitely stay there when i come back and I strongly recommend it.

This is a great option in Bend. My family stayed there over thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The space comfortably fit 6 large adults.

This is a great place to stay if you want a stylish, spacious home within walking distance of parks, restaurants, book stores, breweries, etc. This home is near a nice market and within walking distance of a great off-leash dog park. Excellent stay.

We couldn’t have been any happier with this house….close walking to everything we wanted to do…breweries, restaurants, parks, bike rental, food trucks. And shuffleboard at night in the house was a blast. Great market across the street if you want to cook some meals at the house. Just a super cool house!

We had a great stay and appreciate the very clean dog friendly house. All the bathroom and kitchen amenities were very nice, multiple king size beds and AC/heat made us extra comfy. Great location for walking to many restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend this place!

Architecturally interesting house at a great location. The house was a great base to explore Bend and some interesting eating and shipping spots were within easy walking distance.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always perfect for our family. Nothing beats the morning and evening views.

Street construction right out front is noisy now and once that's over (September?) this will be a primo spot.

Diana is a wonderful host. Responses are very quick and the home is great. It’s perfect for quick stays and even better for our longer one. The close proximity to stores and eateries is a super bonus. My two kids enjoyed being so close to the market and walking over almost every day! The shuffleboard was a huge hit as well. We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Bend close to everything! The house was so lovely. My family thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the house so much, we almost didn't want to leave. Diana was very easy to communicate with and response was quick. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Our trip through Bend was really enhanced by getting to stay in a house that is LEED certified. It was very interesting to see how the house was made, choices in materials, and functionality. We loved the heated floors. The decor is tasteful. appreciated the thoughtful "things" from dishes to the shuffleboard table--all designed to take care of the visitor's needs without being too much. We brought our Lab who loved the backyard--just long enough for catch-- and dog door. All good!

This house is literally steps away from the grocery store, and right down the street from some great food places! Besides the convenient location, all the amenities provided made our trip easy: plenty of towels, great water pressure, clean and working appliances. The outdoor area is very secure. We felt comfortable letting our little dogs out without worrying about them slipping through the fence. We would recommend staying here!

This Airbnb makes us want to move to Bend. The place is very spacious for a family of four. It’s modern, well designed and tastefully decorated. Our 6 yo didn’t want to leave the shuffleboard table and we ended up staying in more than exploring outside, which says it all. The host provides clear instructions and is proactive in communication. Overall 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Bend. Beautiful home, great location, and 3 (yes I said 3!!) different ways to make coffee in the morning. Perfectly clean and even decorated with some holiday decor that made our stay even cozier.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The radiant heat and the gas fireplace made the space warm and cozy. The kitchen had all the pots and pans, utensils and spices we needed. The location was fantastic-across the street from a great market, Newport Avenue Market; 1 block away from a great bakery, Nancy P’s, and 2 blocks away from Spork’s pop-up restaurant. The house is within easy walking distance of Bend’s shops and the river. Our hosts were responsive and helpful during our stay. We could not have asked for more.

This place was the perfect stay for 4 of us and our pup! Shuffleboard was the perfect evening activity on slower days and we are planning to come back with 6 of us, will fit no problem. Having garage access is an added bonus for storage for things like coolers & ski gear, plenty of room for everyone. They are very communicative and check in to understand if there are any gaps in your stay. We are already planning our next trip back!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. This home is fantastic! It’s literally just a few steps to Newport Market. I could easily send my kids there to get a grocery item. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels were great and enough was available for the entire stay. The home was very well stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen was just perfect with everything you need. The heated floors were super awesome. We never felt cold or hot, it was just right! The home is so much more spacious than they appear in the pictures. The overall decor is very simple and pleasing to the eye, everything flows well together. We have visited Bend many times before and this was by far the best stay and best location. Thank you for the awesome stay!

This was an awesome place! Right next store to a market for all your grocery needs, walking distance to downtown and Galveston Ave, garage and out front parking, easy in and out access. We really appreciated all the little touches about the place (fully stocked kitchen, stocked toiletries, plenty of towels, etc.). The place was perfect for the four adults and one toddler with plenty of room and amenities. Highly recommended!

We were traveling with our adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place looks just as great as the pictures. Location was perfect we could walk everywhere and there was coffee and great grocery store on the block. When we had a question about the laundry they got right back to us. I would recommend this unit to anyone!! Can't wait to come back.

The location was excellent and the house itself was well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. The main bedroom is on the back of the house and was very quiet. The fenced yard was the perfect size for our small dog. I'd definitely return for a stay in the future.

Walking distance from lots of restaurants, breweries, shops and the water! The house had great amenities and was perfect for my family vacation.

A perfect house for family with teens! Three king beds and 2.5 bathrooms is just what we needed. The kitchen common area is a nice gathering point and everyone has their own space. We brought our large dog and although the side yard is small, it was fine for quick outings.. and there are two off leash dog parks close by. The heated floors were great and really this house has everything. If you have young kids or an old dog, the hallway stairs would be tricky so just one thing to consider. We would stay again 100%.

For starters Khaya has an amazing flow and layout. The bedrooms are large and there was ample space for our family. It was clean and well maintained. The heated floors were awesome. The garage has an extra large opening so if you have a roof top box on your SUV you can drive right in without taking the box off! Life saver there. The location was a perfect launch point for all of our daytime adventures. In the evening we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood.

Enjoy an adorable, historic craftsman house wonderfully located to downtown Bend. This charmer has everything you need for your stay and it is spotlessly clean! It was perfect for our multi-gen family event.

Very cool industrial-style space with clean lines, comfort and perfect location! Our friends from Salem plan to rent it in January for a family get-together. We had a terrific visit and will stay again.

Talk about a walk score- this place is perfect if you’d like to walk to just about any place you’d ever want to go to in the heart of Bend. The house was absolutely wonderful, the hosts are so warm and welcoming, and this is a home I’d seek out next time I’m in town.

“We had an amazing stay at Khaya! The home is beautiful and absolutely the best stocked kitchen and home that we have ever stayed in! Everything you could need is there! Also the location is perfect, close to everything. They even have a fantastic grocery store right next door for anything you may need, and a number of restaurants and coffee shops that you can walk to. It’s a short bike ride to downtown or Old Mill. Possibly could even walk to downtown! Anytime we had a question or need they responded very quickly and went out of there way to help us! They even gave us a gift card to a local coffee shop for the inconvenience of some gas company work that was being done in the neighborhood! I would not even think twice about choosing Khaya as your choice for a perfect stay in Bend. You won’t regret it!

This is a fantastic rental house! It is absolutely beautiful inside and the neighborhood is amazing. We especially loved having the market steps from the house because we like to cook in frequently. We were not able to park in the garage or adjacent to it because we have an oversized sprinter van but parking on the neighborhood streets was no problem. Great restaurants were really close and many more were easily walkable at just under a mile away. Bike trails were also easily accessible. We would highly recommend staying here!
