Great stay, clean, quick to respond host, fast and stable WiFi/internet. The driveway parking fits a Miata but there’s plentiful parking steps away on the street. Local grocery store one minute away. Would come back.

Wonderful little getaway in a sweet part of town. Surprisingly well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It was a very cute little place to stay that was very close to everything. The kitchen was great to have. We made breakfasts and a nice dinner one night so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. I would stay here again.

I rented this space for my Dad to stay in when he visited. Diana was very responsive, proactive, and supportive of questions that came up. It was a great place for him, comfortable, and had a good mattress!

Outstanding place. Everything is comfortable, cozy and spotlessly clean. The apartment is fully equipped. I especially appreciated the extra blankets, full size toiletries and spices. I lived in Bend previously so I can attest to the great location…across from a park and walking distance to restaurants, downtown and Newport Ave Market. I don’t love that checkin is at 4 pm although it is clearly noted. Diana and Julie did work with me to check in by 2:30 once cleaning team had finished. I would happily stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying at Diana's place. It's the perfect spot for one or two people to crash, especially if you are planning on mostly exploring all that Bend and the region have to offer. Great location, well-appointed kitchen, very comfortable bed. Great stay!

Great stay in a convenient location for a solo traveler or couple.

We had a great stay at Stones Throw Bungalow! It was our homebase in Bend for a few days and was such a great location. You can easily walk to great coffee, restaurants, and outdoor spaces. Highly recommend staying here and eating at Spork down the hill!

I felt very safe and comfortable staying here by myself. It was the perfect amount of space for me and very cozy! The welcome binder was full of suggestions and very organized. Diana was so quick to respond and checked in with me the perfect amount but also gave me space. I will definitely stay here again.

The stay was great! It was my first trip to Bend and loved being in River West with restaurants within walking distance as well as trails! The space was peaceful, clean, and very easy to get in and out of - as well as a really handy storage room by the garage to store a bike that I rented for the week. Thanks again!

This was the perfect place to stay. It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood and very close to all of the restaurants in town. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. The instructions were very clear. The WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. We felt right at home!

Clean and great location.

I was worried about the Murphy/Wall bed, but it had a good mattress and was quite comfortable. It's connected to another rental unit but we never saw or heard a peep out of anyone during our four night stay. It's a studio but with an open floor plan and efficient use of space, it's perfect for one person or a couple. It was clean, and conveniently located, within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. There's a small deck and a park across the street. There's a storage shed at ground level that's great for outdoor gear. There's a parking spot for one car, but there's plenty of street parking, too. We had a pleasant stay.

Diana's studio was clean, had a good location, and had all the basic amenities. That said, I don't think i got my value's worth. Bed was uncomfortable, AC didn't work great, shower was small, etc. I've found better spots in Bend for a similar price point in the past. No red flags, but wouldn't necessarily seek out staying here again.

Loved my stay! Featured full kitchen, was very clean, and in an awesome spot that was quiet but within a mile of downtown Bend. I walked everywhere I could. Across the street from a nice park as well! Great spot, had a great time. Also, checkout was straightforward and easy!

My sister and stayed here for a couple nights and were really happy with the space. It’s the closest in we’ve ever stayed in Bend and was well worth it. We came in on the 4th of July, and although it was super busy in town, it was pretty easy to get where we wanted to go. Diana also checked in with us (via message) multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we were happy. We’d definitely stay again.

I was looking for an off street, quiet, clean place to recharge my batteries while on work week end away from home. This place was a ten. The television situation was a little off which was just as well because the reading corner was absolutely fantastic. Very walkable to the downtown scene if that’s your jamb and excellent outlets to outdoor activities while avoiding congestion. Loved it.

Very nice place to operate out of. I really have no complaints. It was clean comfortable, and I love the fireplace. If the tree in front was trimmed back there be a little bit more light and better view, but I love Juniper and I could understand why they wouldn’t want to trim it

We loved this space!

Stay away unless you like BEDBUGS! I woke up multiple days with bites all over, and stains on the sheets highly suggestive of bed bugs. I told the host, who offered to "clean" it (not how bed bugs work), then suggested I was lying about it and said that it was "impossible" because there are cases on the mattress and pillows (also not at all how bed bugs work). The host refused to refund me any of the almost $500 I had to spend in order to ensure I did not bring any bed bugs home with me. They claim it was "cleaned" before the next guest but cleaning does not get rid of bed bugs, so you could be the next victim if you stay here. Even on the tiny chance there were somehow not bed bugs (and something else was biting me in the middle of winter and also staining the bed), these hosts were dismissive, disrespectful, and refused to make things right. I came to town to visit my dying relative and had to deal with this nonsense instead. Stay away.

This lovely Airbnb definitely exceeded our expectations, I don't believe we saw photos beforehand so we were very surprised to find a beautifully furnished very current updated comfortable living space. We were just looking for something that was down the street from our son and his family and are so glad that we stumbled upon this one, we'll definitely stay here again!

Diana’s place was perfect for my husband and I. While we didn’t walk around because it is up on a hill, access to restaurants/shops was very easy. If you had a bike the location is perfect for accessing the river trail.

It’s right across the street from a park and natural arrea. It’s quiet and peaceful. The space is compact but very efficiently organized and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay with Diana in Bend. This is a wonderful location with a very sweet dog park across the street! The space has a very cute little balcony for relaxing with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. An empty growler was provided for guests to fill up and use during their stay. Diana has many small intentional details that make this space feel welcoming, warm, and inviting. We hope to stay with Diana again in the future!

A quiet stay with lots to do within a very short distance . Id say its spacious for two people to stay and has more than enough amenities for an longer visit. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night.

We had a wonderful stay. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was week-appointed and tidy. It was very clean, cozy and warm. It was 1000x better than staying in a hotel, and at a fraction of the price. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Diana's loft was great! It got really cold and snowed during my stay but the gas fireplace kept me nice and toasty. The vaulted ceilings made the place feel spacious and I really appreciated the full-sized kitchen.

This is a great place to stay. It’s quiet at night for sleeping but it is only like a three block walk to restaurants and coffee places. This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here this year and we very much enjoy it. The kitchen is well stocked, the wi-fi works well and the bed is comfortable.

Diana's place is a beautifully maintained studio in a very central location. It's even across the street from a sweet little green space! Diana was communicative and easy to access. I'd highly recommend this place for a single traveler or couple.

This place is a great retreat close to so many places. The loft is super clean and has a great guest book with all kinds of recommendations. Plenty of places to put your stuff if you don’t want to keep it in your suitcase. Great parking right outside the door. Great park and trail across the street. Little touches such as a growler to use while you are staying there to get local beer. I wasn’t there much nor did I use the kitchen but would be great for someone that wants to make some meals or is staying longer. The only negative was being above the garage as sound does carry and doors aren’t always closed gently at late hours. Diana was great though and checked in and did let me know she would address it. Overall a very positive stay!

The apartment was perfect for mine and my boyfriend's stay! I have no complaints and would definitely book again when back in Bend. It's a quiet area with just a 10-15 minute walk to the river and downtown. Plenty of towels provided, fully equipped kitchen and perfectly clean. It was simply a very comfortable place that made our trip all the more enjoyable.

Our stay at Diana's was wonderful. The pictures don't do the place justice - there's no Murphy bed (which we feared) and the place seemed new and well furnished and thought of.

At one point we needed to contact Diana and her response was friendly and swift.

My fiancé and I LOVED staying at this Airbnb!! It was very clean and organized when we showed up, the A/C was on, and it had everything that we needed. The location was also stellar. It was also incredibly quiet for being a connected loft above a garage. Check in and check out was really simple. The bed was comfortable and loved having a little patio with a table.

This is one of those places that as a renter you don't want to praise too much because you want to be able to stay there again in the future. A really, really lovely rental and extremely well run. Everything was professional, easy, clean, convenient, all of those things that make a vacation stay seamless. The unit was extremely quiet, which was an unexpected bonus. There's a park across the street, but it's a tucked-away dog park that was sparsely used and not generating noise. Walking distance (around 5 minutes) to a small grocery store, coffee shop, and an outstanding breakfast spot. If you want to walk to the heart of Bend, you absolutely can do so from here. This is a perfect spot for being out of the belly of the beast in Bend, but so close that you can walk to the heart of the city, no problem. Best of both worlds. We would gladly book again.

This is what all Airbnb’s should be like. We really like having a key code for getting in as we normally only get one key and we don’t always come and go at the same time. The three things we always want is feeling safe, comfortable bed and good wi-fi; this place had that plus a well equipped kitchen, well stocked bathroom with high grade soap, shampoo and towels plus a nice hot shower. We also like that there was coffee and cream for the first morning but most mornings we walked or drove down to Nancy P bakery which was great. It has a nice gas fireplace which we didn’t use but I bet it’s great in the winter.

Great space above the garage! It was very comfortable for 2 people over 3 days. It's essentially a studio apartment, replete with a kitchen, sleeping space, sitting area, bath, and balcony. There is a small shopping district a 5min walk downhill, and downtown Bend was about 20mins by foot. The loft was immaculate, very quiet, and across the street from a park. There were a few short trails that started across the park and tons of hiking & recreating opportunities a short drive away. I highly recommend this clean, comfortable, conveniently located loft.

What a great little stay for some midweek solo Spring skiing turns! Bend and Mt.Bachelor did not disappoint with some record April snow fall. This place was perfect to recharge after days on the mountain.

Guys you don’t want to miss out of this gem. It was perfect. I loved that I had a place for my mountain bike. And hot tea on the porch in the morning was the perfect start to the day.

We especially loved having a kitchen to cook some meals; it was well stocked. The location was quiet, but central. We would stay here again.

It is a lovely place for a get away weekend. It is centrally located so it made it easier for us to travel around. Loved the small treats that were left for us.
The binder was an amazing help for us. It made it so much easier for us decide where to ea. The descriptions for each cafe and breweries were key point.

Quiet and comfortable. Good wifi, kitchen with all necessities, and even a dishwasher (which is much more useful than the washer/dryer that some AirBNBs have), easy parking (we parked on the street most nights- the area seems very safe; and we didn't feel the need to bother with the beside-the-garage off-street parking that was available). Hosts could consider adding a few random spice bottles ...to spice up the kitchen. Also: nice deck. Easy 5 stars!

We had a great wknd here. The apartment was conveniently located as there were plenty of things to walk to and if we did drive, it usually was pretty close by.

It is an adorable place and plenty of space for the 2 of us for the weekend. The decor is very inviting and overall we were very comfortable. I enjoyed the little patio when we had some down time and there is a cute little park for dogs right across the street.

They provide amenities like toiletries (including a big bottle of lotion) which was nice and even olive oil and some other necessities in the kitchen.

We had a great time in Bend and we would definitely happily stay here again!

I was in town for a trail race at Smith Rock. I really enjoyed my stay here, as it was the perfect place to relax after my race. It was quiet, clean, and a perfect location for all the things I wanted to do while visiting.

This spot is wonderful! Exceptionally clean, the location can't be beat, and a full kitchen made this the perfect working vacation. We worked in the mornings and adventure out in the afternoons. There is plenty to do within walking distance from this spot, but the street still felt quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a week while I was in Bend working remotely and it was perfect for my needs. It would be equally perfect for a couple, traveling to Bend. Two of the major highlights. First, the location is incredibly peaceful and quiet, but also a 20 minute walk to Downtown Bend where you have _everything_ you need. As a bonus, the walk goes through a beautiful park with a pond. It's also about a 7 minute walk to a fantastic grocery store, (Newport Avenue Market), excellent coffee (Backporch Coffee Roasters), brunch food (Chow), and delicious pastries (Nancy P's). Second, the unit itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Small touches like a comfy mattress top, and a growler (to fill at a local brewery) were delightful. I'd highly recommend staying here for a trip to Bend.

“Such a great place! The loft is extremely well located, walking distance from almost anything you could want to do in the city of Bend, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The Murphy bed was more comfortable than we expected, and the fireplace kept us warm and toasty for our entire stay. One thing to note - the loft is above a garage, and the noise of the the garage carries. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and plan to return!”

Great place in a great location. If you bring bikes, you can easily get to all of downtown and the west side of Bend, and there is a convenient bike storage closet on the ground level. The loft was well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay that is still close to all that Bend has to offer.

We spent a week in A Stone’S Throw Bungalow and it was a great experience. Good location and a great space that felt like a home for our short stay. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals and there was even plenty of space for two of us to work a few days. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
