Crestline – Gorgeous River, Mtn, Old Mill views

Diana was an amazing host; super responsive, very clear in her communication, and dedicated to making sure we had a great experience. The ‘Stone’s Throw Bungalow’ was awesome; very nice townhouse, beautiful views, great amenities, and everything you could ask for a stay away from home. I can’t recommend Diana and her place enough!

Diana's home was lovely. A great location with lots of restaurants and shops to walk to in old mill. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sun set each evening.

The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows if we needed.

Diana was a responsive host. It was extremely accommodating when we had minor requests.

Amazing place! The house has stunning views. Right next to the river, very walkable to Old Mill District.

The inside of the house is super clean and spacious (also great bedroom to bathroom ratio!). Every floor has its own vibe. Very nice kitchen and dining area. The basement/first floor with the TV and game room setup is awesome. The boot dryers in the garage is a very nice touch.

This place was the absolute most amazing place I've ever stayed out. My oldest child loved the bottom floor, felt like he had his own little apartment. The beds were so comfortable in the king-bed rooms, there was every amenity you might think of in the bathroom and kitchen, and the view was beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well set up for a group stay, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. And the location is great, right on the river and walking distance to old Mill District with shopping and restaurants. Patio is a great place to relax and watch river.

We had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely prefect - clean, well stocked and just impeccable in every way. The kids appreciated having the downstairs area to hang out and play board games and ping pong. The views were beautiful from the Master bedroom and the living room, and having the river walk literally right out front was so convenient and enjoyable. The fireplace made it so cozy on the cold snowy mornings. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

A Stone’s Throw Bungalow was a gorgeous stay for our time in Bend. The house was extremely clean and modern. Great outdoor spaces and view. The basement area was perfect for traveling with kids. The location is very central and walkable.

We’ve stayed previously and will stay again, the place is absolutely fabulous! Walk the river to coffee, dinner, or the REI. ??

Location, location, location. Walkable. Such a nice place my parents were jealous we wanted to hang out here instead of their house. Most definitely will try to stay there for another family gathering.

This was the perfect size for our group, each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, the view was great, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and there was only a short walk to the Old Mill shopping area. The host was responsive and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We highly recommend this location!

It was a great stay, close to shopping!

The perfect spot in Bend! Close to river, restaurants, shopping and parks. Well decorated and stocked with all kitchen appliances. Comfortable beds and high end linens. A fantastic home away from home feel! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Extremely well equipped and lovely home. Great view. Host was very proactive and friendly, but we never needed her over 4 days. Location is excellent for walking for pleasure or for coffee, shopping or a movie. Could not recommend more strongly.

Our stay at the Stones Throw Bungalow was wonderful! It was such a treat to be so close to the water — the views were beautiful, and it made for a peaceful setting to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to nearby parks and the scenic walking paths along the Old Mill. The home had all the simple amenities a family needed and felt comfortable and inviting from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

This was my families first visit to Bend and we will definitley return and to stay in A Stone'S Throw! Diana was the perfect host, ....responsive, proactive...the house was very clean, uncluttered and matched what was shown on line. This house sits on the just 100' from the river where you can float on a tube, kyak and fish. There are many walking paths along the river , on both sides so you can walk as much as you desire. There are many restaurants and shops within 1/4 mile which made everyone happy in my family! I only wish we would have stayed 3-4 days longer. There were several beautiful areas for hiking within 20 -30 drive that are a must. The deck overlooks the river which we spent a couples of hours each afternoon. Diana was just a text away to answer the couple of questions I had....if I only just looked in her laminated binder first...I highly recommend her place.

This is a great property!
The home was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Great beds and linens as well clean and well stocked bathrooms. A large patio overlooking the Deschutes River.
Great location, we walked everywhere. Close to many restaurants, wine bar, coffee shop, shopping, live music, and a movie theater. We floated the river.
This is likely the best Airbnb that I’ve ever rented.

This is a "must-stay" AirBnB! I hope to be back. The location is second to none. We went to a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and could walk there as well as to Old Mill shopping and dining. The views alone were worth it (I LOVE the Deschutes River), and the house itself is beautiful and immaculate. I love that it has three king bedrooms with baths! We didn't use the bottom floor, but it's an awesome space. The house was spotless, and I liked that Diana provided paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. I've stayed many places that don't provide those basics, and when you are only staying somewhere for a short time, it's nice not to have to worry about getting those supplies. It may seem like a minor detail, but it's actually very helpful. Having beach towels and SUPs was wonderful. A few bikes would be a great addition, but otherwise, I have no recommendations for this stunning house. And I should call out that Diana was an absolute pleasure - friendly and responsive!!!

can't say enough about this place. As a super host myself I came away inspired by things I could do to improve my own five star listing. Everything was perfect. Fully stocked high end kitchen, full bath in every bedroom, and stunning river mountain views from living areas and balconies. Great hosts who were friendly and responsive. Super clean modern property in an incredibly walkable location.

A Stone’s Throw Bungalow was great and very convenient. The river was a great place to cool down and the two SUP boards were great. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Loved all the windows. I highly recommend it’s convenient and beautiful.

The place is amazing. The home is top notch, everything you would expect and then some. Diana reached to ensure we had everything and if we needed anything. Yes, other hosts will do the same but with Diana it really felt genuine. If you are looking for an upscale stay, this is the place.

A Stone's Throw Bungalow is wonderful. We were visiting in town for a special event and our stay at Diana's just added to the amazing weekend. The accommodations were beautiful and thoughtfully appointed, the beds were very comfortable and everything was well stocked and well cared for.

The home has an amazing location across from the river and we loved being able to watch the water sports, trail walkers and lovely sunsets. The home is walking distance to much that Bend has to offer; trails, water activities, shopping, restaurants and bars, groceries and more.

Our host, Diana was very responsive and helpful. The instructions and information were clear and thorough, and we were able to arrive and exit very smoothly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diana’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to the Old Mill District. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt; they were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Stones Throw in the Old Mill District! Communication was easy and seamless — everything we needed was clearly outlined in the app, from check-in to check-out, which made the whole process so simple. We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and provided a baby high chair and crib, which made things so much easier for us as we were traveling with a little one. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home.

On a work trip with 3 other gentlemen from our company. It was the perfect balance of communal space, private space, and closely located to everything we needed.

Beautiful home and area. Convenient to all the ski areas, restaurants, trails etc. Our family enjoyed the lovely location.

What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay! We love that is it in walking distance to the Old Mill district. We enjoyed walking to coffee and shopping. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and listening to the concert (Train and REO Speedwagon) We also did the river float and K1 Speed. We made some wonderful family memories here!
